Director

As the Co-Founder and CEO of Care Perspectives, from the very beginning, Aniz has been dedicated to transforming the lives of vulnerable children through specialised residential and educational services. He works tirelessly, supporting the whole team to provide a safe, supportive, and nurturing environment that fosters growth and development for every child in our care.

Natalie Burton
Head of Residential Care, Responsible Individual

A qualified social worker registered with Social Work England, Natalie brings more than
20 years’ experience working in residential care in children’s homes and secure children’s homes. For 11 years she was a social care regulatory inspector for Ofsted inspecting children’s homes. She also has extensive  experience and expertise in Quality and Compliance.
