Aniz Dassu

Director

Graham is a highly experienced and very successful senior director within the independent health, care and specialist education market. His extensive experience has been built up over 35 years. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, his initial roles were as Chief Financial Officer, then diversifying to cover Operational aspects of the business and more latterly as Chief Executive.
His extensive commercial experience in the sector has covered; Children’s Residential Care and Education, Younger Adult Services for people with Learning Disabilities and Autism both Care and Colleges, Elderly Care Services including specialist EMI units, Fostering and Supported Living, in most geographic locations of the UK. Graham is a strong believer in ensuring that quality and compliance are top of the agenda, which together with a highly skilled and dedicated staff team will ensure that the services deliver the best possible levels of care and outcomes for the vulnerable people that we support. Having been involved in the day to day executive board level management of companies for the last 25 years he is now supporting existing and new ventures in the role of Chairman and Non-Executive Director to help nurture new management teams to delivery top quality services in the sector.

Anu has been practicing as a doctor for over 25 years; has been working in psychiatry for over 20 years and as a CAMHS consultant since 2009. He has a broad range of experience in general CAMHS.  His special interests are autism, ADHD, eating disorders and attachment disorders. He has experience of working in residential, community, inpatient, and forensic settings. 

Anu has an enduring passion to support children in care and it was this that inspired him to become a co-founder of Care Perspectives which is dedicated to helping young people in care who have mental health problems.

Elaine has many years of business administration experience. She joined the Care Perspectives team to assist in developing and delivering a high quality and effective service in line with the company’s ethos and vision. Elaine is pleased to be part of a team that is striving to provide the best outcomes for the young people.

Jo has over 25 years administration experience with 18 years in the residential childcare sector. Whilst working for a leading provider in the sector supporting at board level, Jo gained extensive experience of all aspects of the business, with personnel and staffing being at the core of everything she did. Jo is very passionate about this sector and wants to make a difference to the lives of the young people we support.

Jo Scott

People Manager

Gemma has worked within the private health and social care and educational sector for 16 years’ within a variety of roles including as a Therapeutic Support Worker and Senior Care Practitioner. Focusing the last 10 years within the learning and development function including as a Trainer, Assessor and Regional Learning and Development Manager.

Gemma holds a wealth of relevant sector qualifications including CIPD Level 5 Diploma in Leaning and Development, Level 4 Certificate in Leadership and Management, NVQ Level 3 & 4 in Health and Social Care Children and Young People, Level 3 Certificate in Assessing Candidates Using a Range of Methods and Level 4 Certificate in Leading in the Internal Quality Assurance of Assessment Process & Practice.

Rodrigo has over 16 years of experience in the industry, predominantly as a senior manager within the Residential Care and Education sector. Rodrigo is experienced and qualified to work with Children and Young People having completed the following qualifications: Level 5 in Leadership and Management Health and Social Care, for children, young people and adults, ILM Leadership and Management and MSc in Business Management, with distinction.

A dedicated and committed professional with extensive experience gained within senior consultative and clinical roles working within the areas of Eating Disorders, Child and Adolescent Psychiatry, Child Protection, General Adult Psychiatry, Forensic Medicine and Drug and Alcohol Dependence.
