Work with us

Care Perspectives is a specialist provider of care and support to young people who have complex mental health disorders. Since we were established, we have worked tirelessly to develop services to achieve the best possible outcomes for our young, creating services that nurture independence.

We are different than most in the independent sector in that we are owned and run by children’s services professionals whose primary focus is building excellent environments for our clients and employees. We are proud to be working in this sector and we believe that everyone should be given the opportunities to reach their maximum potential.

The next 12 months are incredibly exciting times for us, with further developments in our current services and some ambitious growth plans now is the perfect time to come and join us. We are continually looking for a range of staff to work in our homes.

We are a vibrant, young, expanding company already operating 6 residential homes in the West Midlands: Bilston, Wolverhampton, and Great Barr and now expanding further with the development and opening of a new School in 2022. The next 12 months are incredibly exciting times for us, with further developments in our current services and some ambitious growth plans.
